    ME Van Buren Michigan Street Station Elevator Is Out Of Service
    The Van Buren Michigan Street Station elevator is out of service. Customers can use Millennium Station South Water or Museum Campus as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.
    ME all trains will board from the north end of the platform 47th to 18th
    MED all trains will board from the north end of the platform at 47th, 27th, 23rd McCormick Place and 18th Street.
    ME Ivanhoe elevator is out of service
    The Ivanhoe elevator is out of service. Customers can use Harvey or 115th Street/Kensington as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.
    ME Millennium Station Elevator
    The Millennium Station elevator is out of service. Customers can use the South Water elevator or Museum Campus elevator as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.
    Metra Alert ME - Metra Electric 103rd Station Closed - Full Reconstruction

    As part of the Metra Electric Community Initiative to transform 13 stations on the district, the 103rd Street/Rosemoor station remains closed for a full reconstruction and is expected to reopen March 3, 2025. During this time, customers can use 107th Street and 95th Street/Chicago State University as alternatives. For additional information click here.

    Metra Alert ME - 87th street/Woodruff Station Closure Beginning December 16 - Station Rebuild Project

     The 87th street/Woodruff station on the Metra Electric line will be closed beginning Monday, December 16. During this time passengers can use 83rd and 91st street stations as alternatives. This is part of the Metra Electric Community initiative to transform multiple stations on the Metra Electric District. Once completed, the station will have an enclosed ADA-accessible street-level entrance, lobby with an elevator, new stairs, headhouses, new composite deck platforms, new lighting, and signage. The station is expected to reopen in late 2025. For more information visit metra.com.

    The 79th Street/Chatham station on the Metra Electric may not be fully ADA accessible Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.   Click here for more information.

    The 103rd St,/Rosemoor Station will be reopening and passenger service will resume on March 3, 2025. 

    Metra Alert ME - The 95th St/Chicago State University station will close March 3, 2025 - Station Rehab and Expansion Project

    On Monday, March 3, the 95th st/Chicago State University station will close for approximately 2 years to undergo a rehabilitation and expansion project. During this time passengers should use 91st street and 103rd st/Rosemoor stations as alternates. Updates will be provided.
