General Counsel
Ms. Rosen was named as Metra’s General Counsel by the Board of Directors in February 2014. In this role, she leads Metra’s Law Department which provides legal guidance and support to the Metra Board, executive team and staff.
Rosen has worked as a litigator at Metra for 25 years with five additional years of experience as a staff attorney for the Chicago Housing Authority. Until her appointment as Acting General Counsel, Rosen had most recently served the agency as its Senior Director of Litigation and Risk Management.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology - Kent College of Law.
