Do I need a Weekend Pass or other fare to ride free?
No fares will be collected on February 16 or February 17 - just get on board and enjoy the ride.

What if I can’t participate on February 16 or 17, but still want to try transit soon. Can I get a free ride rain check?
No. Unfortunately, the free rides are for that weekend only. If you’re looking to give transit a try, a one-way ticket can be purchased on the Ventra app or in person at all Metra stations.

I’ve never ridden Metra before. How do I plan my trip?
